About us.
Keith Humphries & Son was established in 1971 and since then has gained a vast experience in aerial and satellite installations.
Keith Humphries founded Keith Humphries & Son at his home in Woodlands in 1971, with his wife Janet taking the bookings and his youngest son Darren working with him at every opportunity from the tender age of 6. Darren then joined the business full time when he finished school in 1987.
In 2008 Keith semi-retired and Darren took over the business at his home in West Totton, at which time he modernised the Company name to Humphries Digital Aerials. Darren’s partner Michelle takes the bookings and their eldest son Tjay now works with Dad Darren and is learning the trade. Hopefully one day their other two sons will also follow in their Dad’s footsteps.
We provide a professional and efficient service for domestic and commercial TV Aerial and Satellite installations.

We are pleased to be a member of the C.A.I. PLUS (Confederation of Aerial Industries). Our company has undergone a rigorous inspection by the C.A.I. and will be continually assessed in the future.
In 2014 following assessment we were awarded CAI Company of the Year

As a C.A.I Plus member, we have undergone additional checks to a C.A.I. member, these include: an up to date Criminal Records check, Certification proving CAI minimum standard liability insurance amd Certification proving that a Safe Working at Heights with Ladders course has been completed.
The C.A.I. is the governing body of the aerial industry and will offer customers a guarantee of service in all matters of dispute of complaint.
The C.A.I. keeps up to date with government departments and broadcasters to keep abreast of latest developments. We guarantee our installations for a minimum of 12 months in addition to this, the C.A.I. undertakes to back-up the initial guarantee with its own twelve months guarantee on all domestic aerial and satellite installations.
We are also pleased to be a member of the Buy With Confidence, a partnership of Local Authority Trading Standards Services. Our company has undergone a rigorous inspection by the Buy With Confidence and will be continually assessed in the future.
